It has some helpful information for building a pc but I don't think it explains everything very well. If you're looking for a guide on what to buy without fully understanding all your options and don't care to understand why it is that you are buying that certain component over other components than this will help you. If you are not tech savvy then the information that they do provide you with will probably go straight over your head. For me I know a little bit about computers and was unsatisfied with this video.
