Will Best Buy Let Me Return A Opened TV Tuner That Doesn't Work ProperlyPosted on February 28, 2011.  I Have Recently Bought A HDTV tuner from Best Buy and I want to return it Because The picture quality is horrible and It Does not look "HD" at all. Will Best Buy give me my money back? I Think It Might Be defected and I do not want it Exchanged for Another One because it sucks. CommentsVasiliki Desruisseaux says... Just make sure you have ur receipt or they wont return ur money.
Plus how else are you gonna know it doesnt work properly unless you open it?
