It looks as if The previous owners just Covered With A wind it up. However, When We Had Our FHA home inspection, There Was Nothing That Was Said about it.Now we are selling Our House, and We Have a home inspection this weekend. Will Fail Our House The Home Inspection Because Of It? CommentsKia Darnell says... It may be noted in the inspection report. There isn't really a "pass" and "fail"--it's a matter of what the buyers will want repaired and what they will put up with. Do everyone a favor and get the hole fixed before the inspection. Obvious damage like that will make the inspector and the buyers be more cautious and thorough during the inspection. Posted on November 1, 2010 Leave a Comment |
