I Have about 50K pounds to invest in, Where, When and What is best to invest in, I Have access to expertise, and barrels of enthusiam Amount That Would Be a completed price as I do not wish to Have a mortgage. Any property Useful websites Would be great. I am considering buying and buying to rent to Renovate to sell.

i live in Portugal and if you have only 50k to invest including paying lawyers, taxes etc, you will not find anything in the south. try the silver coast, it is up and coming area but you will be hard pushed to purchase and renovate at that price. i would recommend going in with a friend or getting a bank loan. failing that some new EU countries in eastern Europe have low prices and rising market right now. good luck!
