My Solarium 'Sloped' Need To Be Replaced window due to Leaking in rain. The Condominium manager request me to remove The Window coverings window Since The company take responsiblility Will not move to The Window coverings. And I do not know how to remove window coverings The Eith. Need to Hire Some One (professinal) to remove. My question IS, Who should pay for this, the water for recreation or The condominium management? Should not it be included in window replacement? Please Advise

Windows are usually part of the owner's responsibility, along with window coverings.
Not included in window replacement
If the window coverings are inside the drywall, they're your responsibility, not part of replacing the windows
