The deals are still out there now, and if you have good credit you can get a mortgage in the 3.5-4,5% range, at least a full point lower than when this video came out. If we have inflation down the line like many predict, now might be the best time ever to buy a home. Or at least refinance. Manage your credit like it's your life.
