anything new.Amazes me how a guy can ramble on and on through so many

chapters virtually repeating what he said.Too vague.

Bought the book and read it.It gave some good hints that i will apply in my real estate investing.I even bout 4 more books written by the author b/c i think his books are helpful to a newbie who is starting out in RE investing.



Highly recommend to anyone who is getting started in real estate investing.
