I know people that have used them, heard nothing unsafe about them.However, just from me, I won't go an open house if the owner is there.It's too uncomfortable.Lots of the cut rate people do not host the open house, the owner does.

I have heard horror stories about people selling their houses themselves.It's a lot of work and there are a lot of legal issues to consider.Good luck, but I wouldn't do it.
