HI. I am in a muddle. I Dropped my lap top last weekend and although There Is No damage VisAble To The gold base screen, The Laptop Boots Up to the bios, xp black Load the screen & the mouse curser appearance. Then it reboots. i have Tried a new hard drive and it Does The Same Again. The laptop if i move Slightly When The Whole Thing booting freezes. Basically i think The motherboard is broken. Memory Tested WAS in my mates laptop and is fine. Can i claim this on my home contents insurance for a new laptop?
