The old adage of "you get what you pay for". They are a discount brokerage firm that gives you options of sub-professional service. I suggest you visit the National Association of Realtor website atwww.realtor.org for details of the advantages of using a "REALTOR" vs. a discount broker. The bottom line is a professional job will net you the best result. Be careful of discount brokers trying to sell you on a cheaper price.
