I really didn't know Commercial hard money existed. I thought if a bank turned you down (hard to believe that), you went without. You're serving a growing market. I'll mention your service to my business associates.

Since the banks aren't loaning money to businesses or anyone else for that matter, hard money loans will be much more the norm. There is always companies that fill these big voids left by the bigs.

With the banks not lending, many businesses will need these type loans or go under. Commercial real estate loans are particularly tough. The banks that the US taxpayer bailed out just take their free money from the Fed and play an easy spread.
