Getting A Mortgage With Bad Credit

hi ! thanks for the info.I have a situation. I got divorced at the end of the year 2008. My ex-husband and I agreed that by the end of 2 years i had to refinance or sell the house to get his name of the house mortgage loan.My concern is that since we got divorced my credit has not been so great and I have not been able to refinance it. Im unemployed now , but I have rented the rooms. I live with 2 roomates and they really help me pay for the mortgage.Do I still have a chance to refinance?
