No description CommentsGigi Fleury says... This book may have saved me thousands of dollars. My own lawyer did a closing on a property I bought using a private lender. Everyone involved said the payment would be $1375.95. We went through the closing, recorded all the paper work, it was a done deal, until I looked it up in this book. The real payment was $1353.80. The eight bux I paid for this book is a lot cheaper than an extra $22.15 per month for the next 30 years!!!! Posted on October 6, 2011 Hassan Mcleoud says... This amortization guide book is great. I have used this book a lot and found it to be very valuable when contemplating a new real estate loan or refinancing. Posted on October 10, 2011 Abby Argentieri says... This is nothing but a book full of loan amortization charts - but well worth the price of a copy if you're going to shop for anything on credit. If you're armed with this book and a copy of your equifax report, you're a car dealer or loan officer's worst nightmare! I thoroughly enjoyed this book.I mean, who doesn't like to look at mortgage amortization tables?Me and my family like to sit around and quiz each other by saying stuff like "What is the monthly payment on a 30year fixed interest mortgage of $135,000 at 8.25%?"We've even set itup in "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" format with lifelines andwhat have you and we have a real blast! When we want to take a break, wejust pull out the book on the calculation of Pi to 150,000 places and seewho can recite the farthest. Then we have a group hug!
