Not even a month after signing agreement o The real estate agent IS Suggesting That We List in the MLS Which Would cost us an Additional $ 9000.

Yeah, you will have to look in your contract for the specifics on how to cancel, and whether or not you are entitled to a refund of any money. In my experience, people have to wait until the contract expires. I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS to be charging that amount of money for MLS listing. It's Ludicrous!
