I worked in a bank attorney's office during the boom. There wasn't ONE attorney there that understood the products being forced down these people's throats: neg am, option arm, etc. Please. Lenders had armies of hired goons to push these products on people. Fact, end of story.

You have got to read your contract. It is alllllll right there. Yes the contract is long. But it is loan that is going to last 30 years of your life..probably want to sit down and check it out. Better yet throw a lawyer a franklin and have him read it. that 100 could have saved you tens of thousands. Don't be a victim. Or better yet stop borrowing money...save and pay cash. what? not everyone can save enough money? THEN U CANT AFFORD THE HOUSE
