BuySellCyprus.com is a great search site for you....and they have agents all over the island....we used them, and they were great.
I have to say though, prices are going up all the time!! We bought our three bedroomed house four years ago for just £43,000, and that included all our furniture!! Now, the same houses are selling for about £130,000!
It would help if you came over for a holiday, and checked out as many agents and property dealers as possible to give you an idea. Don't be tempted to buy 'off-plan' though!! A neighbour of ours did just that....and she had never visited Cyprus before!! When she came to look at ''her'' house, she thought it was the mansion that stood alone in a field near to us....not the three bedroomed villa a few doors away!!
We were very lucky, and have become very good friends with the developers of our house...we have good neighbours too, both Brits and Cypriots!! The best thing we ever did. Our developers have their own website...take a peek at;
www.fadevelopers.com.cy
Andreas and Floris (Flourentizos) are really friendly and helpful!!
EDIT;
Just a thought, don't consider buying in the North. Whilst property there is still relatively cheap, it is becoming increasingly clear that developers are building on land that still legally belongs to Greek Cypriots from the South. Its much safer to buy in the South.
