Yes, as I said.. Coszumel is a nasty place to live. Builders are being investigated for criminal acts... good honest people losing money due to dishonest people. I would NEVER visit Mexico again after my first so called" vacation" there. Its a nightmare.

My familia love Cozumel - is the best place in Mexico, better than Cancun. Very famous for being very clean and crystal clear blue turquoise waters. We come every year. Last year we look at San Miguel Oasis, very nice place, we come back this year to buy, but no progress on the proyect and builder is being criminal investigation. Many buyers lost deposit money, and the place not made progress from last time we saw it.
