She is ridiculous. I am underwater on my mortgage but I am still making my payments. If for some reason my income changes alot and I cannot afford my house anymore I would have to go into foreclosure and rent. There is nothing wrong with renting. Who are these political representatives who defined the American dream as owning a home. It is stupid. She is trying to setup moral hazard. Prosecute fraud, don't try to fix people's decision - good or bad. That is not the government's job.
