I am in the middle of going to college to get my certificate in Real Estate, Among a degree in English Lit. I would really love to work and help my husband out a little With The Bills, to honestly ... working a minimum wage job due to Lack of work history Would Be A Huge Slap in the Face considering I Have More Brain That That. So ... my mom Mentioned That She Heard Something About Professionals Cdn sell houses in Texas Without A License As Long As They Are brand new properties. Does anyone know if this IS true? I do not want to call up some random act and sound like an idiot if I am wrong. I would really appreciate it if Someone Who is Licensed "could help answer my questions.
And PS. Please do not think I am stuck up When I said I do not want to work for low pay. I just Know That I Have More Than potential MOST people my age, and I Would Like to Stick On The path of my career. Thanks for your help:)

Since you are married it is your property too so as a husband and wife you could sell your property together without a license.
If you are studying for your RE License you should no you can't represent others in a RE transaction unless you are licensed.
P.S. I applaud your attitude and wish you the best.
