My husband and I are looking to put Back on the Our House to Sell market.Assist looks good, But Now I read Something That States That There Is No pour la MLS listing? That Seems senseless. Also we are in NH WHERE THEY Have A 3% commission for Other REALTORS (Which Is All THEY get anyway) The Assist to Sell get a flat rate.
In NH if you do FSBO You Can Have A for sale sign in your yard if you buy year MLS number.
Has anyone HAD Any Luck With Assist to Sell? Should We Just Go With Another realtor service? FSBO gold do?
