I'm 20 years old, married, and WE have a 2 year old sound (Turned 2 today). I know for sure That I Have good credit excellent Possibly. I live in Florida and I'm just looking for basic advice first time buyer. I'm looking to purchase a 3 bedroom brand new home or just under 2 years old. I do not even know WHERE to start.
